How it works

Rounds of increasing challenge
- Stage 1 — Picture Relay: teams race to find the picture that matches the round's vowel team word.
- Stage 2 — Connect the Sounds: children choose the correct beginning sound to complete each word.
- Stage 3 — Word & Picture Match: teams race to connect each vowel team word to its matching picture.
- Stage 4 — Word Grid Challenge: children find and read vowel team words on a grid as quickly and accurately as they can.
- Teacher's Choice: blank grids so you can drop in your own words or pictures for extra practice.
