Phonics Playmakers™ ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you make a purchase, our payment provider collects the information needed to process your order, such as your name, email address, and payment details. We do not collect or store your payment card details ourselves — these are handled securely by our payment processor.

If you contact us directly by email, we keep that correspondence so we can respond to you and provide support.

How we use it

We use your information only to deliver the products you've purchased, respond to your questions, and — if you've opted in — send occasional updates about new activities and resources. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third parties

Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently transitioning to Lemon Squeezy), who acts as merchant of record for our digital products and has its own privacy policy governing the checkout and payment process.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link in that email, or by contacting us directly. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request it be deleted, email hello@phonicsplaymakers.com.

Our products

Phonics Playmakers™ activities, games, and printable materials are created for use by teachers, tutors, homeschool educators, and parents supporting a child's phonics learning. They are supplementary resources, designed to be used alongside — not in place of — a structured phonics program.

License to use

When you purchase a digital product from us, you're buying a license for personal or single-classroom use. You may print materials for the children in your own care or classroom. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish our games, printables, audio, or other materials — including posting them for free or paid download elsewhere — without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All games, artwork, audio, and written content on this site are the property of Phonics Playmakers™ unless otherwise stated, and are protected by copyright.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Refund Policy

Because our products are instantly-accessible digital downloads and activities, all sales are generally final.

When we'll help

If something goes wrong on our end — for example, you're unable to access a product you've paid for, or a file is faulty or missing — email us at hello@phonicsplaymakers.com and we'll fix it or issue a refund.

Change of mind

If you've purchased the wrong item or changed your mind shortly after buying, get in touch — we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
